  1. This is the total number of pages or sides to be printed and which of these pages is being displayed above.

  3. To zoom in and out of the preview of your printed sheets, click anywhere on the white sheet.

  5. Enter the sheet number you want to display and click Go To in order to display that sheet.

  7. To display the sheet that will print based on the number in the box below, click this button.

  9. To display the previous sheet to be printed, click this button.

  11. If printing double-sided, clicking here displays the front sides of the sheets before the back sides.

  13. To display the next sheet to be printed, click this button.

  15. If printing double-sided, clicking here displays the back sides of the sheets after the front sides.
